Service Description

This 60-minute phone or online consultation is designed for families who would like support bringing together the key people involved in their child's journey. Whether it is teachers, psychologists, speech-language pathologists, occupational therapists, physicians, pediatricians, or other support providers, this meeting creates an opportunity to develop a shared understanding of your child's strengths, needs, and next steps. Families coordinate, invite participants, or share invitations. Following the meeting, you will receive a summary email outlining key discussion points, recommendations, and agreed-upon action items.
